We decided to stock these matrix expands by Dentatus because we think they will be very helpful for dental professionals looking for a malleable (copper like) band for deep margins.
The single lobe design is good for sealing a deep margin and the dead soft nature of the bands allows for easy burnishing and adaption. At 50 microms thick the bands are resilient enough to allow easy placement without crumpling.
The bands are primarily designed for the Nyström retainer but can also be used equally well with a tofflemire retainer (contra angle preferred).
