The Occlusal Ceramic Specialist
In our opinion, the EVE Diapol Occluflex is the ultimate solution for finishing posterior glass ceramics. While standard wheels are excellent for facial surfaces, the Occluflex "twisted bristle" design is engineered specifically to reach deep into the fissures and pits of Lithium Disilicate (e.max) and Feldspathic restorations.

The Diapol grit is optimized for glass ceramics. While this set provides a high shine on Zirconia, for high-volume Zirconia cases, we recommend the EVE Diacera Occluflex, which is specifically toughened for that material's hardness.

⚠️ Critical Requirement: These instruments must be run in a clockwise direction. Running them in reverse will cause the bristles to splay and perish immediately.
Shape Benefits: Access & Cooling
› Superior Cooling: A unique advantage of the Occluflex shape is that it is significantly easier to cool with water from a 1:1 contra-angle. The open structure allows spray to penetrate the active polishing zone far more effectively than a standard Twist wheel.
› Preserved Morphology: Polishes the occlusal surface without "bottoming out" or grinding away the fine anatomical details you have carefully characterized.
› The Original Technology: EVE is the original inventor and OEM manufacturer of this geometry, ensuring you are using the authentic German-engineered abrasive.
The 3-Step Systematic Shine
› Step 1: Blue (Coarse). For smoothing adjustments and removing surface roughness.
› Step 2: Red (Medium). For pre-polishing and surface refinement.
› Step 3: Grey (Fine). For the final, mirror-like high shine.
