In our opinion, the EVE Diacera Twist is a superb choice for finishing full-contour Zirconia restorations. While universal systems exist, Zirconia’s extreme hardness is best managed with a specific grade of high-purity diamond. EVE is the original inventor and OEM manufacturer of this spiral geometry—choosing Diacera ensures you are using the authentic German-engineered technology designed to cut through Zirconia's surface resistance efficiently.
The Diacera Twist system adapts to the tooth's anatomy while providing constant air-cooling, providing a "liquid" high-shine that standard ceramic polishers cannot achieve.
Why Diacera vs Diapol?

Zirconia and Glass Ceramics (e.max) have fundamentally different physical properties. For practitioners working primarily with Lithium Disilicate or Feldspathic ceramics, we recommend the EVE Diapol Twist System.

While Diapol is optimized for the more "brittle" nature of glass, Diacera features a much higher concentration of a toughened diamond grade designed specifically to withstand the abrasive nature of monolithic Zirconia.

⚠️ Critical Requirement: To maintain the integrity of the spiral lamellae, these instruments must be run in a clockwise direction.
