These 45 degree high speeds are specifically designed for the safe sectioning of teeth and surgical procedures.
They reduce the risks of surgical emphysema by blocking the air that drives the turbine away from the water jets (rear venting). Instead of the air atomising the water spray the water is directed directly to the bur in a steady flow.
The 45 degree angle is also advantageous for sectioning teeth and the mini head of the handpiece (1cm diameter) improves access.
We hope making this air turbine surgical solution available will help more dentists safely section and remove teeth.
We also have a range of 45 degree speed increasing handpieces which are compatible with air and micromotors and these of course offer the advantage of more controlled speeds, higher torque and the possibility of external sterile water.
The hand-piece has an LED integrated as standard and is only compatible with a Kavo style coupling.
If you don’t have a Kavo style coupling we offer a great range that are compatible with all tubing and are all LED compatible (the M4 and B2 versions have generators).

As you all know handpieces require maintenance and no matter the brand (or oiling regimen) they will often seize after 6-9 months. Sometimes they last longer, sometimes shorter but it will always occur.
This is because the bearings inside the hand-pieces are classed as a consumable item. They are actually rarely covered under manufacturers warranties. Also when you send your hand-piece for repair they are often repaired with a generic low quality bearing that is not designed for your hand-piece.
As with all Incidental handpieces, you’ll receive our 1-year repair or replace warranty. All repairs are carried out in-house at our purpose-built repair centre, where our renowned service ensures super-fast turnaround times to keep your practice running smoothly.
