C+ files are made with a hardened stainless steel so they are more durable and slightly stiffer than a K file. These files have an active ridged tip which makes them especially helpful for negotiating calcified or blocked canals.
Care should be taken filing with C+ files as they are more prone to produce ledges and transport canals. If you are looking for a hardened stainless steel file that is not active then we recommend our C+ Pro files.
Each pack contains 6 sterile files in a foil blister pack.
We stock the following sizes:
- #8 to #15 in 21mm
- #6,#8,#10,#12.5,#15 in 25mm
