This tray can be used (along with the design files provided) to produce a model that has a controlled thickness surrounding it for clear silicone (exaclear).
This turns the difficult process of producing a uniform, stiff and bubble free clear silicone into a simple one.
Please see the instructions in the video below of how to use the design files to produce the correct model. Please also review the second video on how to use the hydroflask to manufacture the stent.
The tray is for extraoral use only and cannot be autoclaved.
